This is certainly is not made of silver, as I've had mine for just over a month and it has already turned dark with a heavy showing of likely copper. No amount of dish soap or silver cleaner/polish is removing what would be tarnish if it were silver. Also the adhesive has lost hold, allowing for the metal cross to completly separate from the leather cross.
Now I will say that the casting which made the cross was done well, resulting in the cross having good definition.
Simply remove silver from the title/description and this would likely be a non issue, but this may also necessitate a re-evaluation of this products worth. If not for the seller, than for any potential buyers.
