Refund policy

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Be sure to provide photos of the defective or damaged item. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as coffee), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund shipping costs for any exchanged items, or exchange any apparel, which includes, hats, hoodies, t-shirts, sweatshirts, or any printed items. Unless the items were delivered damaged, the wrong size was sent contrary to your original order, or sized contrary to our sizing guide, we do not cover products ordered in the wrong size. 

Refunds

Our return policy doesn’t cover buyer’s remorse, so we won’t be able to issue you a refund for the order.
