Orthodox Cross Necklace (3 Colors)

I ordered a rose gold necklace with a cross, and a package arrived with a gold one, if it is real gold at all. I wrote, received an email that a new necklace had been sent to me, and that the same shipment had been stopped. I don't know whether to write further and whether to write in Serbian or English and express my real disappointment. Regardless, I wish you all the best and be better and more careful with each new customer.

I ordered this in rose gold for my wife with an extra chain. She loved it but the chain clasp broke within a few days. Thankful i decided to get an extra chain but bummed about how delicate they are.

The cross arrived very quickly. It was beautiful and well made. I had many compliments on it.
