Vintage Greek Orthodox Icon St. Demetrios Mount Athos Metal Relief Plaque Wall

Vintage Greek Orthodox Icon: Saint Demetrios

Presenting a beautiful, vintage bas-relief wall icon depicting the revered warrior saint, Agios Dimitrios (Saint Demetrios). This detailed liturgical artifact features a metal centerpiece showcasing the Saint on horseback, triumphing over his adversary, while an angel bestows a crown of martyrdom from above.

The Greek inscription at the top reads "ΑΓ. ΔΗΜΗΤΡΙΟΣ" (St. Demetrios), and the text at the bottom reads "ΑΓ. ΟΡΟΣ", indicating a connection to or origin from Mount Athos, the spiritual center of the Greek Orthodox faith. The metal relief is securely mounted in a highly textured, faux-stone surround finished with subtle crystalline accents that catch the light. It comes complete with a top wire loop, ready for immediate display in a home, office, or private prayer corner.
