Cross of the Crucifixion and St. Nikola

I placed the order on the 4th of the month. After placing the order, some of my information was compromised being that my email and number were used to sign up for companies I have never heard of after this transaction.
I began contacting Orthodox Depot in regard's to that and the fact three weeks later, I didn’t receive my order even though it states “fulfilled” and the tracking number leads to nothing. The product eventually showed up but after contacting Orthodox depot multiple times without a response in a 10 day span, I will never use this company again. Customer service should be the cornerstone to any viable business that cares about longevity and the fact there’s no phone number to contact only email was the red flag I should have payed attention to. Lesson learned.
