Priority Processing

Finally received it yesterday. The lack of communication and response for your company was extremely frustrating and disappointing. From the website it look like it read 7.5 inches in height, which it’s no where near that. Good thing is my son is happy with it , as it was a baptismal gift.

Well, priority really does mean priority. My order got sent very soon after ordering.

When I order the cross, it gave an optional choice of the cord necklace as a popular or optional selection with the particular cross I had selected. Once the order came the link on the cross would not fit on the cord necklace.

Unfortunately, the Orthodox Depot has a policy to refuse accepting returns regardless of circumstances. Had I known this was the case I would NEVER have placed an order.

It’s good quality, but not too easy to adjust
