Processing was just as slow as if I hadn't paid for it.

Ordered 11/17- processed but now supposedly at US customs. I had to reach out to get information as tracking number didn’t work. Got the tracking info, but it’s written in Hebrew. More of an inconvenience than I expected

I still have not received my bracelet.
