Orthodox Cross Stainless Steel Necklace (2 Sizes - Silver & Gold)

The crosses were lovely, but the loop at the end of the chain didn't fit through the loop on the cross, and in trying to pry open the chain loop to attach the cross, I lost it, so now I have a cross without a chain. Much more disappointing was that on an order totalling $144 including shipping, UPS charged me a $58.98 broker fee because I live in Canada. This was despite the message on the Orthodox Depot site claiming that the cost of the items included import charges.No broker fees are charged on items shipped through USPS. I also had to pay provincial sales tax, which was not unexpected, but the total I paid UPS was $65.76. Unless the shipper is changed to USPS, I won't be able to afford another order from Orthodox Depot. That makes me sad, because I'd love to order more.

These were not as nice as another style ordered previously. The design looks painted on, rather than etched, making them look cheap.

The pendants did not fit on the chains provided and I couldn’t get a response from customer service. I ended up having to buy something different elsewhere and haven’t been able to return these.
